When asked, many women would say there favorite flower is rose. “Roses speak to women’s heart” and is the most symbolic flower in the world. Try giving a woman a bouquet of red roses and at the very least, you’ll see her crack a grin, even if she’s not the type to gush over the beauty of flowers.

Each woman has her own unique personality and there is no universal reason as to why flowers evoke such positive reactions from them. It can be said that it is not so much the flowers themselves but the meaning and thought behind it that makes women giggle like high school teenagers.

It’s the meaning of flowers that draws positive responses from people. Every single color and type of flower comes with its own traditional meaning and sentiment - symbolism that have been developed through time.

The giving of rose carries special meaning and the selection of color may vary depending on the intention and motive of a giver as to the personality or the receiver. Here are the list of colors of roses and it’s meaning:

Red rose denotes deep love and affection. It symbolizes true love that would stand the test of time. A red rosebud stands for youthful love, purity, innocent and fresh.

Pink is not just for girls, and it is not just a pretty color. The most widely accepted interpretation of pink roses is grace and gentility.  It also denotes an admiration of beauty, and enduring grace.  It is a flower of sweet though and gentle emotions.

Lavender rose, the rarest and is often a sign of enchantment and love at first sight. Those who have been enraptured by feelings of love and adoration have used lavender roses to express their romantic feelings and intentions.

Blue roses do not occur in nature, at least not the absolute blue rose. The blue rose being in itself something very extraordinary expresses that very same feeling. “You are extraordinarily wonderful”, the blue rose exclaims. The blue rose is a flower that seeks to convey a message of mystery, complex personality that does not allow easy interpretation, enchantment and a sense of the impossible.

Purity, sincerity, innocence, and virtue is what the shimmering white roses indicates. When you need to convince that your affections are straight from the heart and are as pure as virgin snow, use a white rose. But there are more hidden meanings in a white rose than meets the eye. It is also called “the flower of light” which means everlasting love.

Yellow roses express joy, gladness, and friendship. They’re also used as a reminder to a loved one to show that you care. The sender of yellow roses delicately indicates that while his affection is straight from the heart, there are no hidden depths.

Many women have an experienced of becoming friends and been greatly in love with an Aquarius man, and sad to know I’m one of them. According to some articles I’ve read, Aquarius men are very social, very talkative, and loves to stand out in a crowd. They are the people’s person and almost every second person he meets becomes his friend. If he likes you, you are one of the many people he has befriended. These were somewhat true, the Aquarius man I’ve known was very simple, easy to go along with, but a bit shy and a very hot-hearted man who likes to do things his way. I’ve realize that maybe it may varies depending on the person itself and how his environment influence him.

This Aquarius man I know was born on the second to the last day of the first month of the year. I’ve met him when I was in grade school. I was a transferree at that time of a certain school in our town. He was my first classmate I’ve known by name. I’ve thought that he was the most handsome guy inside our classroom. He was my first ever crush. As years passed by I still admire him. After more or less 7 years after our graduation I got to know his number. I texted him as I remember dated August 26, 2006. From then on we became good friends.

The saying that goes “friend is the beginning of love”, well it works to me. I fall for him. My day seems incomplete without a message from him. He’s so sweet and caring. He always show he cares for me. I feel that he loves me too but not sure because he didn’t even tell me personally. I don’t mind telling him that I love him for the reason that I’m afraid he would reject me.

But then I realized that the biggest regret I’ve committed in my life was not telling him how much I love him. He just disappeared without any words to me. I’ve heared that he had already a “wife?” and a “child?”. But don’t really know if that info was true. I’m just wishing that he was happy with his life now. But then again he will always be the Aquarius man of my life.

I really find hard to compose this article. I cannot express how I really felt in writing. So sorry if this story of mine was so short and corny. Thanks for reading.
